yoga classes
My goal with live weekly classes is to help you feel more connected to your body. I will challenge you both physically and mentally while also teaching you about how to move your body intentionally through practice. I love teaching to new poses, breath work and diving deeper into your anatomy so you’ll never be bored in my classes! 🙂
Live classes with me every Tuesday 7p EST, Thursday 8p EST and Friday 12p EST! If there are better class times for you and your schedule, please let me know!! I will cycle through Vinyasa Flow, Yin, Slow Flow and Detox (see descriptions below).
*Disclaimer: I’m living full-time in a van and teaching from beautiful places around the United States which is wonderful; HOWEVER, since I’m teaching outside, classes are subject to change based on weather. There will always be class at the time designated but it might switch from a Vinyasa to a Yin, for example, so it can be done from inside the van 🙂Â

Class Descriptions
- Vinyasa Flow: A faster-paced power yoga class to get you breathing and challenge you physically.
- Yin Yoga: A gentle class of mindful movement and deep stretches.
- Slow Flow: A slower-paced class focusing on alignment and breath. Good for new students!
- Detox: The detox class is a blend of Vinyasa Level 2 and Yin. You will spend the first 30 minutes doing a vinyasa flow and the last 30 minutes cooling down and holding deep stretches. It’s the best of both worlds!

How this works
Step 1. Choose your class package above
Step 2. Once you sign up for the class package, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the scheduling website
Step 3: Sign-up for your desired classes via the scheduling website
Step 4: Set up your computer, yoga mat and any props you need in your house. Make sure you’re able to see and hear your computer from your yoga mat.
Step 5. Please sign in a few minutes early to make sure your zoom account is working to start class on-time.
Step 6. Relax, breathe and do some yoga! 🙂
