 You can deepen your personal yoga practice. Private coaching is tailored to your needs so we can work on your personal yoga goals. Unlike a group class, we can take time to discuss any questions you have about a pose, breath work or even yoga philosophy in a private session.

You can grow your yoga practice in a way that fits you and your body. You can learn to move deeper into a pose, nail an arm balance or maybe even get upside down for the first time in a private yoga class. Working with me, we can find the steps that work best for you and your body to accomplish a new or challenging pose.

You can practice yoga on your schedule. Finding time to practice yoga at a studio can be difficult between your busy schedule and limited class times.
